Um, Lemme think...



I did SHOWTIME for choir- 5 performances in all. Three on Friday, two on Saturday (Like three weeks ago). On Saturday, I took the SAT, and then rushed to school to do SHOWTIME. I swear, I got to my place FIVE SECONDS before the doors were opened for the crowd to come in. I was so tired. Then, last week, I was sick and stayed home from school for 2 days, so I've just caught up with schoolwork.

AND!!! BUM-DA-DA-BUM!!!

Today- Febuary 11th, is officially Demetri Martin Day.

Who is Demetri Martin? THE MOST AMAZING COMEDIAN EVER!!! And, tonight, his new show premieres on comedy central! I hope it's good...

(Obviously, Demetri is the cause of my spazz attack)

Oh, and want to know why I haven't updated my Genkai story, A Life Well Lived? Guess what? When my computer crashed I lost EVERYTHING that was on it. I didn't have much on there, of course- but I had the most recent chapter of ALWL on there, half finished. So, I lost it. And have been basiclly throwing a temper tantrum about it since. And being sick and behind on my schoolwork hasn't helped, either. But I'll start working on it again... soon.

OH! And you're not the only person that the supernatural bother, Kyoko! (Well, not exactly bother...)

I should explain:

I believe in "Guardian Angels" so to speak (though I like to refer to them as "Spirit Guardians"). And I have two. One's my dead dog, Sheba, who likes still likes to protect/comfort me. The other is, well, I don't know his name, but he's been around for as long as I can remember. He kind of follows me around and watches out for me. Occasionally gives me advice, that sort of thing. He's had plenty of opportunities to hurt me and hasn't; also, Sheba would never allow something malicious to be around me constantly, so I have a slightly uneasy trust in him.

But, last week, when I was sick, he did something that he's never done before- manifest himself physically. I was sleeping a nd woke up because of a huge crash of thunder and the pounding rain on my window. As I tried to fall back asleep, I felt his presence within the room. This was odd- as he usually keeps to himself and won't come in the same room as me. I looked up, and there he was, sitting in my desk chair, looking at me. This was odd, since he alawys has merely been a formless, mute presence for my entire life. Yet, there he was, appearing like a completely whole flesh-and-blood person. He stood up and began walking towards me, in my sleepy state, I first thought he was my dad, only after I called him "daddy" did I realize that it was NOT my father. They were the same height, but my dad is shaped differently. I remained compeletely still as he came right up to my bed and touched my arm briefly. When he touched me, I was expecting it to feel liquidy, and yet, his hand was warm, soft and utterly solid. He pulled away, then seemed to melt away into the darkness. I fell asleep almost instantly. It has taken me more than a week and several in-depth conversations to figure out what he was doing. I believe him to be a non-human benine creature that simply follows me around to learn. Whatever he is, he craves knowledge, so he learns things from me by watching. I'm lucky, however, he's kind, whatever he is. My friend thinks that he manifested himself physically either to try and comfort me, or to warn me about something.

Not sure which yet.
